Eric S. Langan has been a Director since 1998 and the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 1999. He has been involved in the adult entertainment business since 1989. From January 1997 through the present, he has held the position of President of XTC Cabaret, Inc. From November 1992 until January 1997, Mr. Langan was the President of Bathing Beauties, Inc. Since 1989, Mr. Langan has exercised managerial control over more than a dozen adult entertainment businesses. Through these activities, Mr. Langan has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully operate adult entertainment businesses.

Travis Reese became our Director and V.P.-Director of Technology in 1999. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Reese had been a senior network administrator at St. Vincent's Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico. During 1997, Mr. Reese was a computer systems engineer with Deloitte & Touche. From 1995 until 1997, Mr. Reese was Vice President with Digital Publishing Resources, Inc., an Internet service provider. From 1994 until 1995, Mr. Reese was a pilot with Continental Airlines. From 1992 until 1994, Mr. Reese was a pilot with Hang On, Inc., an airline company. Mr. Reese has an Associate's Degree in Aeronautical Science from Texas State Technical College.

Mr. Anakar oversees development and management of the company’s nightclubs throughout the country..
Mr. Anakar grew up in the hospitality industry. His first job, at 16, was as a waiter at Tangiers, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Houston Texas owned by his family. He quickly demonstrated an aptitude for the hospitality industry and at the age of 19 he became food and beverage manager for a hotel management company that also owned restaurants and nightclubs. Soon he was promoted to district manager of the chain and began to travel throughout the United States, overseeing multiple locations. While still in his 20s Mr. Anakar was named as an operating partner for Nocturnal Concepts, which owned and operated nightclubs in Texas. Rick’s Cabaret bought a controlling interest in Nocturnal Concepts, and Mr. Anakar was invited to join the company’s management team. Since then he has launched and operated numerous Rick’s Cabaret venues, including Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami and Rick’s Cabaret/NYC.. He was also instrumental in developing Club Onyx, a unique nightclub concept offering upscale gentlemen’s club entertainment that caters to African-American businessmen and professionals, and most recently has developed non-gentlemen’s club formats such as Vee Lounge in Fort Worth and Bombshells Restaurant and Bar in Dallas.

Phillip Marshall was previously controller of Dorado Exploration, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company, from February 2007 to May 2007. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of CDT Systems, Inc., a publicly held water technology company, from July 2003 to January 2007. Mr. Marshall graduated from Texas State University in 1972. He began his public accounting career with the international accounting firm, KMG Main Hurdman and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1974. After the firm’s merger with Peat Marwick, Mr. Marshall served as an audit partner at KPMG for several years. After leaving KPMG, Mr. Marshall was partner in charge of the audit practice at Jackson & Rhodes in Dallas from 1992 to 2003, where he specialized in small publicly held companies, among them the newly public Rick’s Cabaret.

Allan Priaulx began his career as a journalist. He later became a publisher, serving as Executive Vice President Thomson Financial/Banking, before forming his own investor relations firm, Resource Media Group, in 1993. He became our investor relations counsel in 2001. An alumnus of Dartmouth College, he also attended the University of Southampton in England. He is a member of the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI).
